Settings — redesign brief (next sprint)

Triggered by the Register your number work. Connectors are landing fast and Settings doesn't carry them well.

Account Mgmt — brokenField overlap bug.

Manage ConnectorsMulti-account already exists (Telegram ×2).

Design asks

• IA — group multi-account connectors cleanly (by type or by use). + Add another, remove flow.
• Per-row state — connector + account ID, status (paired/syncing/paused/error), last sync, regulatory reminder, unlink.
• Pre-link disclosure modal — one component, copy slot per connector. Pattern: title + summary + risk bullets + ack + 3 buttons.
